There are many free materials which can be downloaded for drawing. I'm not sure if I can use them for commercial purpose. For example, I want to draw a painting including a lot of free materials then I sell it on NFT, is that legal? When I read the terms of usage, they say "may be used for commercial purpose". Is this true? Does Clip Studio Paint allow us to download free material for the commercial purpose?

    really? What does that mean?
If there is a lie in the terms, I don't think there is any information that the user can believe.
There is also an FAQ, so please check it.

If you still feel uneasy, I think it's safe to make a work using only the materials you made from scratch.

It is prohibited to resell the material made by others as it is.
However, you are free to draw a picture using a material made by another person (for example, a brush) and publish (sell) it.
For example, CSP has default brushes and images, but you can publicly publish your work with them. (Of course, the CSP material also has copyright)

If you're worried, you can send a direct message to the creator of the material.
