So, I made a drawing last night and I saved it, but it wont open. I've tried everything and it still wont open. I can't seem to fix it and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this issue? It just says "Unsupported file format" when it's the same type of file as my other drawings. All my other drawings would open except for this one. I worked really hard on it and would be absolutely shattered if there was no way to fix this. Please help!

1 year agoPlease check if there is a backup according to the contents of the link in the FAQ.
An unsupported file is a file that has been corrupted due to failure to save, etc.
If you don't have a backup and you really need it, you can submit a repair request. The link has instructions.

File corruption is often caused by closing Clipstudio too soon after saving or quitting.
When saving, be sure to wait until the ● in the file becomes × before ending PAINT.
