Why does coloring on lower layer affect upper layer?

So I was trying to color on lower layer, but it affects the color on upper layer. The opacity of color in upper layer is 100%, so I think it shouldn't be affected by the color on lower layer... What should I do?

1 year agoIs the blending mode of the upper layer "Normal"?
In such a case, if there is an attached image that allows you to check the layer settings etc. on the canvas screen or layer palette,
I'm sure it will be easier for you to get a definitive answer.
