Lost my serial number

I'm using Clip Studio Paint (32 bit) Version 1.8.0 and I moved it to a new PC.
I followed the steps of the "Is there a confirmation method when I lose my serial number?" and looked on (https://www.clip-studio.com/clip_site/tool/manage/serial_al) but there's still nothing I can do. I can only register the serial number but I don't know it and I want to get it back. (I attached the images below to show exactly what is coming up on the pages when I follow the steps.)
Please help as soon as possible. Than you.
