Hello, when there was a discount on the 2.0 plan license before 3.0 was released, I purchased a license that allows free version upgrade to 3.0.
However, even if I installed 3.0 and entered the license, it said that I could not use it because the version was a 2.0 license. Could anyone tell me how I can use this license for 3.0?
I'm curious about how people like me who purchased a license that said they would upgrade the version for free when 3.0 came out solved the problem and used it.

30 days agoLicenses will be automatically switched for eligible users.

It is also possible that you purchased an ineligible product (such as an updated version) or that you performed the purchase procedure using a different account.
