Materials missing from Cloud

Hello! I previously saved and synced up both my materials and works before restarting my pc's system. After reinstalling everything all of the saved materials are missing but I can still clearly see all of my works that I saved the same way, is there any way to find them and bring them back?

29 days agoDid you format your PC? If so:
1. Do you want to restore materials? If so, please re-download the materials you downloaded from CLIP STUDIO ASSETS. However, materials that have disappeared from CLIP STUDIO ASSETS cannot be re-downloaded.
If you have brushes or other items that you exported before formatting your PC, reload them and they will return to the palette.
2.
If you backed up/copied the CSP settings folder and work/project folder to another location (USB memory, external HDD, etc.) before formatting, you can simply install CSP and return the copied settings folder to its original location after formatting to restore all of your environment.
