Reinstalled windows and lost all my material

I have been using CSP for 5 years and reinstalled my windows many times. Usually i could find my download/purchased material could be found easily once license number process is finished. But this time even i have finished fill out my license number, i cant find any trace of material i already download/purchased before. My CSP license is for CSP 1.x, is there any way to find easily all of my old material? Thank you

12 days agoI don't think that normal users will reinstall Windows multiple times.
And if you have to reinstall it,
I think you should back up the CELSYS folder in advance and do the FAQ migration work.

If the migration work has been successful in the past, but is not going well this time,
it seems that you skimmed over the parts such as [1.10.13 or later] [1.10.12 or earlier] and did not follow the correct procedure.
Even if you have done it in the past, please try again from scratch, carefully checking all the procedures.
If it was downloaded from My Downloads of materials, the history should remain here,
but if you can't access it, have you created a new account?
