Asset stuck at a certain percentage when downloading

I have been trying to download a few assets, and one item has been stuck at 73% downloaded for about twenty minutes now. I am unable to pause it or download other assets until this asset has been downloaded, and I also cannot remove it (it will not let me). Is this a bug, or is there something I can do to fix this?

13 days agoI don't know what materials you are talking about, but some materials and material collections are very heavy, and downloads may be slow or fail.
Check your network connection, restart your network devices, and turn off VPN if you are using it.
Also, I think this might be able to force quit CLIP STUDIO (I don't use a Mac, so I haven't tried it)
