I made an image and saved both an in progress timelaps, and a jpeg from it. The original clip file and the jpeg won't work anymore. The clip pops up an "unsupported file format" and even though the thumbnail for the jpeg is correct, when I open the image a different one pops up. Can I submit the files or fix them myself somehow?

13 days agoPlease check the FAQ below, and if you don't have a backup file or it doesn't work, please follow the instructions to request a repair from official support.
