Since the Windows version was updated to version 3.0, the registered material image cannot be enlarged after pasting it.

I am using the CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX update plan, and since around the time of the latest update to version 3.0, I have been unable to rotate any image after dragging and dropping the four corners after pasting an image with the scaling checked when I registered it. I can now zoom in and out from the menu, but it's inconvenient... I also have an iPad version contract and have updated it to the latest version, and it works without any problems with the same materials. I haven't tested it in detail, but it seems that some materials are possible. I'm sorry for the rough image, but I couldn't take a screenshot because my keyboard changed. Please check.
