Pen pressure randomly turns off while drawing. Then back on.

While I'm doing brush strokes they randomly turn into the ones in the picture shown. If I press on the taskbar or such it "fixes" it but it keeps randomly happening, and from my experience there hasn't been any real pattern as to what causes it, it just seems to happen at random it's really disruptive. I'm using an Ugee M708 on Windows 10, this issue doesn't seem to happen in other programs such as Photoshop from my experience though I may be wrong.
