my materials were erased? Help.

When I open my Clip studio Paint, my downloaded materials are not showing anymore, it's just showing the basics, Did Clip studio erased them? How do I restore them?

12 days agoI also am having the same problem!!! All the brushes that I've downloaded have just resetted to a normal default brush. I tried deleting the brushes to deleting the program and redownloading it. And nothing changes. And when I go to the materials assets to redownload the brushes, it says that I'm not able to. Did something happen with this new update???

11 days ago@Gerroa no I did not back up, but in the clip studio settings>location of materials>folder I find strange names , when I click on them, nothing happens. I dont know if I lost my downloads materials forever.
@Murtle, yeah this new update sucks... And I did my best effort to purchase my materials! I had many, it's not fair all our purchase is erased overnight!- English
