Have perpeptual licence to Ver.1 Pro, cannot buy upgrade pass to Ver.2 Pro

I have bought the Ver. 1 Pro one-time purchase license in 2021, and I want to buy the update to Ver. 2 Pro. (I am aware that it will not be free due to my time of purchase.)
First, I cannot find the "Use the lastest features" tab in CLIP STUDIO. I went to check the Licence Options page in Clip Studio, and cannot find the upgrade option. I then went to the official page to try buying the upgrade pass there, but it says that I have no monthly plans. In theory, my license should be at the bottom of the page and I can click the "Get Latest Update" button, but it is empty. I'm not sure why, as I activated my program since 2021.
What went wrong? I have contacted support at CELSYS, but I expect it to take some time. In the mean time, any thoughts?

12 days agoWhy don't you take a look at this ↓? If you go to the license page from the link on this page and it shows your third attached image, why not log in and check if you have created another account in addition to the account you used to submit this question.

12 days agoI remember registering my serial online in Jpapanese. Try this page, enter the serial at the bottom.

12 days agoAlso if that does not work try this (looks more legit). Japanese is not my first language so it is not easy to find right pages. In drop down select your app and then enter the serial.
