How can I prevent my line from being cut by the canvas when I want to move it?

Hello! I have a problem with moving an element that protrudes on my canvas.
Let me explain. I have been using CSP for a short time and before, I was on Krita. On Krita, when we draw and our line exceeds the canvas, it does not appear but will still be priced in account. This is convenient when it comes to moving an element because it is whole.

The problem I have on CSP is that when I do the same thing, the line is completely cut as if it was limited by the canvas. This means that when I want to move an element of which part is out of frame, they are completely cut and I admit that it is frustrating.

Is there a way to fix it?
(the canvas with blue lines was made on CSP and the one with red lines is made on Krita).

Unless it is an object or an image layer, it will be cut off. It is annoying. All you can do is suggest in contact support suggestion section to add a feature for keeping raster data outside the canvas borders and make it selectable too.

Thanks a lot ! I'm going to suggest it and hope it gets implemented one day!
