I want to know if any of you have a brush or a filter plugin that can deform a drawing like the brushes of Photoshop's Liquify filter does.

Thank you :)

I have the brush tool that does similar kind of deformation, although pixels do get blurred after a certain manipulation threshold.
The last image is just the parameters I change in order to get it to work as I need it to work.
You can of course change the brush tip and other parameters as well.
Thing is to get color blending on, set amount of paint and density parameters to zero.
This will not be a 1:1 liquify brush but it can get you to do some basic deformation.

Anyways you'd be better using separate layer for the deforming object and then do a "mesh transform" from Edit menu.
This way the result is predictable and pixels tend to be way better than with the brush method from above.

Also setting the "gap" to 0.5 or lower, in the brush engine - stroke category will preserve pixels better.
