Can't register license after repairing PC

I had my PC repaired and it's hard drive changed today. I reinstalled Clip Studio Paint on my PC but when I try to enter my license, the message "Serial number may be incorrect or may not be entered" appears. I took a screenshot of the license in CLP before I gave my Pc to repair and checked countless times if I've typed it in correctly. I've only used the license once on the same PC before & the website of CLP states that I can use it at least twice. Am I doing something wrong?
In case that information is important: I got the license together with a Wacom tablet about two years ago.

It is highly likely that you are mistyping the input.
In addition, the bundled version of WACOM is limited for a period of 24 months and can only be authenticated with one unit unlike the product version on the terms of use.

Numbers used in serial number: 0123456789.
The alphabet used in the serial number: A, B, C, D, E, F, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, U, W.
Alphabets not used in serial number: G, I, O, Q, V, X, Y, Z.
Lower case letters of the alphabet are not used in the serial number.
