freezing when saving and exporting

i have had this program back when it was consitered Manga Studio, and i never had a probelm with saving and exporting before but with the last update i now can not save or export pictures with out truning my computer completly off then on to get the backup save to make a normal save of. when i do try to save/ export the program freezes and i can not exist or minimize the program. please help

5 years agoIf the same operation freezes every time, the program may have some trouble.
Please try to uninstall completely, not overwrite reinstallation.
Uninstall Windows Control Panel / Programs / Programs and Features in the following order.
CLIP STUDIO PAINT 1.8.x
CLIP STUDIO 1.8.x
Restart computer
How about trying to reinstall CLIP STUDIO PAINT?
