How to download EX properly?

I paid for Clip studio EX after placing my old Pro version in the trash and emptying it. (I'm a mac user)
I went through the download and went to make an animation, but the thing kept saying I was in the Pro version, ergo I couldn't make the animation more than 24 frames.
Is there any way for me to download EX specifically so I can animate properly?

4 years agoThe tag is iOS, but I say "I am a Mac user", so I will judge it as a Mac version and answer.
The CLIP STUDIO PAINT program determines the input serial number and restricts or cancels the function. EX and PRO are the same.
So I didn't really need to put PRO in the trash, but I can't help but delete and reinstall PRO.
And even if it is reinstalled, it will start with PRO unless you enter and register the EX serial number.
If you have completed the purchase process, you will be notified by email of your EX serial number, so once you launch PRO,
Enter and register in "License registration ..." of "CLIP STUDIO PAINT menu".
