Brushes randomly keep losing opacity

from time to time while im drawing i notice that my brushes would often lose its opacity, i would look at the settings and the opacity would go from 100 to 90 from time to time, slowly going down by increments of time randomly.
i dont understand whats happening. is there some kind of shortcut that lowers opacity that i accidentaly bounded to any of my buttons?
