4 years agoThanks for your answer but that's not what I was talking about, if I press shift I can get an straight line, but not a prefectly horizontal or vertical one, and pen pressure doesn´t work, it's not the same as in Photoshop.

4 years agoAh sorry, you can hold SHIFT to constrain the line to (preset) angle degree
when you use LINE TOOL. You can customize the value of the angle, it can be 15 or 90 degrees etc.
For regular brushes I guess you have to use rulers, they are not as complicated as they seem.
If you use parallel line ruler ,
- you can change it's direction/angle by using object tool , hold ALT and click/drag the direction on canvas the ruler will match the gesture.
- you can constrain the angle (preset, say to 90) by holding SHIFT+ALT and click/drag the direction on canvas the ruler will match the nearest angle of the gesture you've made.
As for pressure try changing tablet mode in preferences, and /or change the brush size parameter to use "pen pressure" controller (click the small divot by the parameter to open the operator panel).

Some things are done differently in CSP - PS.
If you are making a complete transition you will have to adjust the workflow.- English
