When using multiple displays, "FAST" mode (Open GL) Breaks 3D.

So for the past week or so I've been troubleshooting this 3d error on Clip Studio and found that when using multiple display monitors when using 3d Assets causes a few bugs.

First of which is an inconsistent lag that occurs during 3d asset use.
Second, which is what this post is about... is when using the new Open GL 'Fast' Randering option with two monitors, Clip Studio Freezes and then crashes.
Testing this with one monitor has proven useful, however; this effects my workflow greatly, as I use my second monitor when streaming as well as using references.

Is there a solution to this bug?

**Note: This ONLY occurs with the use of two monitors!**

My graphics and "Unique Environment" are irrelevant. I understand that some environments effect 3d, but this is a BUG and should be fixed accordingly.

But to circumvent responses, here's my set up.

CPU: Ryzen 7 - 1700x 3.6ghz
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070
RAM: 16gb Gskill Ripjaws 3200 MHZ Dual Channel Memory
MotherBoard: Rog Strix B-350F
