Can’t open any clip files! Please help!

Hi there, I’ve been recently working on a comic page and saved it after a lot of buffering. Now however, I’m not able to open any files with clip studio! It lets me make new canvases, but I can’t open and .png or .csp. All I need is to convert this comic page to png, but I can’t! I even feel like this has happened before, but I don’t know how to fix it. If you know a way, please help!

I have never seen ".csp"
Is it ".lip" ".clip" ".cmc"?
Doesn't ".png" open too?
