Cursor switches to palm/drag mode instead of drawing on Surface Book

I just updated my Surface Book with the latest Windows 10 update and I am unable to draw because the pen will switch to palm/hand mode and drag the canvas instead of drawing. I ended up having to go back to the previous version of Windows 10 in order to draw again. Has anyone else encountered this and has anyone found a solution with the new update?

Win 10 updates are a nightmare for me too. Especially creators updates. Messes with input too much.
What I do is I disable all options in control panel's "Pen and touch" (Pen options and Flicks) options.
Mind you, I am not using surface book but still , I had input issues with desktop computer.
