Clip files will not load. Also Virtual Memory error

This is a long story. I hope I have provide enough details. I used Windows 10. Currently using Clip Stdio 1.9.7 up to date.

.Upon starting Clip studio's Launcher. It shows img 1 but allows me to enter into clip studio paint. I have 400gigs of space, and 16 gigs of Ram. It isn't a lack of room. I even attempted different hard drives on my computer, it did not help. I also reset my PC back to a week ago before this issue arised and it still occurs.

In CSP I can open PNGs. PSDS. JPGS. GIFS, all with no problem and edit them, save with no issue. but when I open a .clip file it tells me "Unsupported File Format" and refuses to open. I have had 3 friends open several different .clip files I have and they all open on there programs with no problem and they return the files also with a new saved version from there PC's but they still do not open on my PC.

Also if I attempt to save a .clip file it tells me i do not have enough space.

I have tried to set my Page File size for virtual memory and that didn't help either.

I don't know what I am missing. But I want to be able to use my .clip files again but I was hoping I didn't have to format my entire PC to get it back.

Advice?

I do not know the details, but it may be an error related to "Onedrive".

I'm sorry, but I've past the answer on the Japanese site so I'll paste the link.

    Try using web translation.
It's been a pretty long conversation, but it's been resolved.

Thank you for looking into this.

Unfortunately. I do not use Microsoft Onedrive. I do not believe that is the issue?

If the virtual memory location is different from before the reset, a malfunction may occur.

Is there no problem with that?

I think you should contact CELSYS support directly.
