    Hmm? I'm not sure.
Your question is "I can't upload the image used for the thumbnail of the created material" ← Is this a problem?

If there is only one brush to upload, start CSP, material palette → double-click the brush material to display the properties → load the image used for the thumbnail from the file icon at the bottom right of the material name on the left side → OK
Then go back to the launcher and publish the material to ASSETS.

If it's a material set instead of a single brush, prepare 240 ✕ 240 jpgs as thumbnails.
Launcher Material Management → Publish to ASSETS → Click [Edit / Publish] in the upper right → Click [Select File] under the thumbnail → Select 240 ✕ 240 jpg and click [OK] → [Temporary Save] or [ Set public information]

    To create 240 ✕ 240 jpeg
240 ✕ Create a 240 canvas → Load the image you want to use → Click [Transform] to scale to the right size → Export as jpg

If that doesn't work, try to be specific about when you're stumbling.
    There may be other answers.

Or do you want to import the image for creating a brush into CSP?

In that case, open CSP and drag and drop the image you want to use → Edit menu → Register material → Register as image → Check [Use as brush tip shape (B)] at the bottom left → Easy to find Select a folder and click [OK]
Now, in the item of the brush sub tool details, select [Brush tip shape], the image registered as the material will be displayed.

    I'm sorry, I added it without reloading ;;

    I see
In most cases, [size is different], or [exported as png] instead of jpeg, or [image is saved in a different location]
Please put the created jpeg on your desktop etc. so that you do not get lost when selecting [File].
If you don't see it, check the size and format again.

If you still can't select it, it may be a bug.
You may want to talk to support.

Are you trying to upload from your phone to your PC instead of CSP?
Or is there an image on your PC now?

Or are those photos already in the material palette?

From the mobile phone, move the image to the PC → open CSP, drag and drop from the PC → drag and drop the layer of the loaded photo to the material palette → exit CSP once
→ Launch the launcher → [Material management] → Create [Material set] → Select all the photos registered in the material and drag and drop them on the created material set → Publish to ASSETS → ……………………

This is the flow, but at what stage of upload are you stumbling?
・ From mobile phone to PC?
・ From PC to material palette?
-Can't select an image when creating a material set?
・ I created a material set, but can't upload it?

I'm sorry to let you explain many times. But I'm also confused.
I'm not sure if your question is a continuation of the previous one or a new one.
The size [240 ✕ 240] appeared in the text, so I thought it was a thumbnail problem.
There are several [Upload] steps to publish on ASSETS.
At what point is the upload?

For the time being, I will post how to make a material set.
    https://tips.clip-studio.com/en-us/articles/1323
A common problem is that the image registered in the Material Palette has not been moved into the set (so the material does not exist and cannot be uploaded).

Yeah, it's okay if you've reached that stage. If you read the link above, you will surely succeed!

240 ✕ 240 is required where you want to upload the Thumbnail. (Not for published photos)
You need to create an empty material set first and put your photos in it.
This is OK by dragging and dropping the registered photo into the material set in the material management of the launcher.
Then, set a thumbnail in [Material Set], fill in other items, and then upload to [ASSETS].

Think of the work you were trying to upload as a practice and take a break.
Please read the link above carefully and start over from the point of creating a new material set.
