default poses not showing up_CSP version 1.9.13 for iPad Pro

I have the trial version of CSP Ex (version 1.9.13) for the iPad Pro. The default poses are not showing up in the 3D materials palette when I click poses, etc. I've read several threads about fixing this, but they've not helped. How do I get or restore the default assets for the "readymade" poses?
