Is it possible to snap a special ruler or control points to a guide?

Because Clip Studio Paint has no object alignment I find myself wanting to snap rulers or control points to a guide. This does not appear to work. Only brushes appear to snap to rulers and guides. Can someone tell me if this is true, or if I'm simply missing a setting?
