I already bought a Clip Studio Pro permanent license on my pc. I just recently bought a Galaxy Tab S7+. Is it too late to avail for a discount on a monthly subscription for my mobile?

6 days agoThere isn't really a discount on the subscription plans. The only discount available for people who own the permanent license is for a 2 or 4 device plan (likely with the intent that you would switch your computer over to a subscription plan) and the discount only lasts 12 months:

You can add any subscription to your existing Clip Studio Account without affecting your current PC license.- English
