Please tell me how to add a layer.

Ummm... I clicked something while using Cltu, but the layers I saw under the navigator were not visible, and it was written as Auto Action and it was written as Basic, but I couldn't find a way to make the layers I used visible again. So now I can't even draw and I can't add layers.
Obviously I was going to draw an illustration.......
Please let me know how to do it as soon as possible.
It is currently in the same state as the picture below.
