Brush cursor flicker / blink / cutoff when moving (problem issue)

I am using Windows 10. Issue occurs when using pen tablet or mouse. Basically, every time I move the round brush cursor along the canvas, a portion of the cursor gets cut off and disappears. And the portion that gets cut off depends on the direction I am moving the cursor. If I am moving the cursor to the left, the left portion of the cursor disappears. When I am drawing and moving the cursor quickly in many directions, it gives the illusion of flickering or blinking. Also gives the feeling that the Clip Studio drawing software is lagging.

Believe it or not, I actually found a "work around" to this issue. It is still a BUG that must be fixed, but I found this workaround on google from an Artrage forum post:

Basically, the workaround to this issue is to set the Windows Text Scaling to 101%. But, like I said, this is still a bug and must be fixed.

I have the same issue and the text scaling trick works but this causes Windows 10 Apps (Edge etc) to become hard to read. Another trick that worked for me was un-maximising the CSP window but this only worked on Windows 10 before the 1709 update.

I already contacted Celsys over this a long time ago, though they only thanked me for my "input", CSP has been updated many times since then, so I continue to remain hopeful for a fix, maybe you can send them an email to bump the issue up again.

Another user on YouTube posted a video of the problem.
