Unable to download drawings from CSP Cloud

Greetings. I'm on a different device than the device I usually draw on. I sync all of my works with the CSP Cloud but unfortunately it seems that I am unable to download them on my laptop. This laptop doesn't contain any version of the files so I just want to download them from the servers.
In the pic attached, the option to download my drawings "as new" is unavailable. For some reason there are three drawings I am able to "download as new" while the rest of my drawings seems to be only available as "overwritings". Does anyone know how to fix this issue? If I don't get this fixed then I might have to delay my project by a few weeks.

I think the work has been downloaded in the past.

If you are working on a downloaded work and it is not syncing even if you add more work
"Overwrite" download will revert to the previous version

When you "delete" the work downloaded to "this terminal"
You will be able to "new download"

Even if you move the location of the downloaded work to another folder, the new download will be displayed

    What's wrong?
Is it just the difference in display?

It seems like I found the solution to my issue. Clip Studio Paint thinks that I already have all of my drawings on the PC, but as empty files or something. Deleting them on "This Device" and then downloading from the cloud fixes the problem!

To elaborate, the files are shown as "not found" in the Clip Studio launcher. Simply deleting these makes it possible to download the entire file.
