how do i get my account from being un suspended ? also How do i fix my sub tool bucket?

hi i would like to know how do i get my account from being unsuspended , ive asked the support team and have yet to get any responce from them , they said 2 days its been pass 2 days, also i like to know how do i fix my sub bucket tool that i use to color fill illustration, when i color them in, i get half colored pictures with these annoying white boxes, and it looks horrible , is there anyway to fix this problem ?

It is very difficult matter, because we can't know detail with your case.
If taht trouble about contract with celsys, you should ask to consumer protection group on your country maybe.
For 2nd question.
Umm.. could you get screen capture ?
When you need help, that is onvenience for other helper.

2 years agoi have no one else to ask about this case i tried asking support but they have never gotten back to me , i dont ev en know why they suspended my account to begin with after i uploaded that cat brush , thats when i got an email saying my account was suspended , and ive been asking why my account was suspended and they havent been giving me an asnwer as to why ? or when they would release my suspension. and 2nd i can try and get a screen capture for you . but will have to be through my phone if that is ok :(

2 years agoAbout suspended account,
When my account was suspended by celsys, they sent email to me.
The email told me that, " Your assets breach of the rules".
But that didn't say reason with breach.
After that, I sent email to celsys again and again.
After some days, they released my account in exchange for deleting my material.
Maybe your case is same this.

2 years agosorry about not being clear, when i meant by annoying white boxes, whenever i try to color in entire picture it will only color half way and only leave these tiny white unfilled squares , how do i fix this problem , and issue 2. ive been doing the same exact thing but i have yet to get any responces back , one person i just spoke to told me to wait about a week , until i get a responce back for to knowing about getting my suspension acount lifted,

2 years agoi see so what am i doing wrong that is making the bucket subtool not fill all the way, ? cause it usually color fills all the way when i color , is there a way to fix this ? when i was using the G-pen , it started to act like this and not fill in everything , is there a way to fix this problem ?

2 years agoi'm posting this illustration cause there is a problem when using the bucket tool when using the G-pen and when coloring , usually the bucket tool will fill everything , but when i was coloring this illustration , i notice it didnt fill in everything , it only filled in half of everything leaving tiny little white squares , if there is a fix for this please let me know ,

2 years ago[ note i'm only showing one of my illustrations i worked on last night, thus i do not upload them cause i use clipstudios assets when using making illustrations that would be wrong , so i'm only doing this as to show what is wrong with my illustration , and what is going on with the bucket tool fill . ]

2 years agoDo you mean the little white/gray boxes around your line art? That's from the anti-aliasing of your line art. Make sure you use separate layers for your line art and your fills/coloring. Play with the Tolerance/Color Margin of your fill tool. Or play with the Area Scaling of your fill tool. Or try Fill to Darkest Pixel. (which one of those you'll want to use really depends on your line art).
