I want to make an animation, but I can't add cells. I understand the button to add a cell, but it doesn't mean that it doesn't respond when I press it, but the color is darker than the other marks and I can't press it.
What and how can I add it?

Is it possible to add a cell by taking a screenshot of the entire operation screen and posting an image from the answer theory?
(The picture is not important and I want to know the status of the timeline and layer palette ...)
