Perspective Grid 50 pixel - strange effect

Hi, I'm trying to set up a perspective grid but it keeps looking like this. It looks fine before resizing (square grid), and I also disabled pen pressure. Any tips to help fix? Thanks!

I don't know what the pen pressure is related to
I don't even know where the problem is in the attached image.
If the figure becomes rough when approaching the vanishing point, increase the image size.
