Can I transfer my 6 month free trial to a different device?

I started with the free trial on my phone because the Chromebook I use for drawing would not install it. Now that it is installed on my Chromebook however I would like to transfer the free trial to my Chromebook. Is that possible?

It's a plan for Galaxy users only, so
I think it only applies to Galaxy devices.
Chromebooks are free for up to 3 months for the first time.
I think that the plan according to the terminal will be applied.
