I can't make gifs or movies anymore

I've been having trouble exporting my animatics. I wanted to make them into gifs which I had done before in the past, but recently they don't save them as their own file. Looking into my folders where i'd save them they aren't there at all. When I go to export it it says it saves as, as a animation gif file and then when i go looking for it in the folder i saved it too. it's not there at all. I've tried uninstall clip studio and reinstalled it and nothing changed. can you please help?

2 years agoDo you use different file names for each work? If it has the same name, clicking Save will overwrite it.
