Can't agree to EULA

So I've had the prompt to agree to the EULA since the 29th of march, but anytime that I click on it to agree, the program freezes and I have to force quit so I basically can't agree to it. I can't find any other way to agree to it besides through the program. It isn't affecting how it runs as far as I can tell, but I'd like to be rid of the notification.
