I forgot to cancel my annual plan before it renewed, I also lost my activation code

I really need help! I bought the annual plan and used clip studio for the first three months that are for free but I did not check the email and had no idea that I had to cancel the subscription before it renewed. I have lost both the activation code and serial number as I cannot find it in my email which I used to purchase the plan.
