Can't move layers via tablet pen

On my Surface Pro 4, my pen nor my hand can drag the layers at all. This wasn't a problem before, what is going on? I tried disabling Windows Ink, configuring touch operations, and even reinstalling.

6 years agoDue to the effect of Windows Update, at least two kinds of defects are currently confirmed.

It is supposed to be fixed by future updates.

6 years agoI'm using an SP4 and have this issue. I downloaded 1.7.3 and unfortunately that didn't change anything. However, I found a nice workaround where if I drag the layer to the right before moving it up or down, it works. I don't know if this is a feature or a bug, but as long as I can move them, I don't really mind either way haha. I also found that I could move layers while holding left click on the surface pen, but that's not really convenient for me as I use a grip that covers left click.
Also, I don't know if it's related, but after about 20-30 minutes my pan key (spacebar) would stop working and I'd have to restart CS Paint. I'll have to test to see if this is still happening after 1.7.3.- English
