PRO doesn't seem to be upgrading to EX after I upgrade to monthly.

I bought the CSP PRO version with the one-time payment about a year and a half ago and decided to upgrade to the monthly EX version last night (because I finally had enough money left over to afford an extra $9/mo), but when I went to use it, it didn't upgrade. I looked into the problem and found that you had to manually input a serial number, but I checked the confirmation email and I have no such thing. There's also no way for me to put a serial number into CSP, there's no activation code either.

I don't want to trouble the people working there over a refund, but I also don't want to have wasted $9 when I'm already on a budget if there isn't a way to fix this.
