I’m stuck trying to activate a clip-studio ex upgrade. My password is too long and doesn’t work when entered . When I log in to digital river for help they don’t seem to know I have purchased the software twice (email is correct). When I signed in prior to purchase there was a record of my purchase of release 1. How do I fix this or get help?
