How long for Official Support to respond (re: credit card error, on card used successfully before)

I already have a subscription that autorenewed on my card in October. I'm trying to change my plan for more devices, but like others here, I'm getting the message that my card won't work and to try another. I've talked to VISA and they say they see the attempted charges and it's a vendor issue, not them. I contacted Clip support earlier this week, got an initial acknoledgement of contact, and nothing since. Anyone have any knowledge of their turnaround time? Or has anyone had the same issue resolved?

    Support right now is slow. It can take up to 2-5 days in between e-mail exchanges.

    I personally had to get a hold of my bank in order to approve a purchase though.
