Not sure if this is a good place. But I want to know this.
I plan to transfer to a new microsoft account eventually. I already have a Clip Studio account and have bought pro. So would I need to re-pay for the software on a new microsoft account? Like could I download it ithout paying since I already have this account?

11 days agoMicrosoft Accounts have nothing to do with your Clip Studio Account or the license you have on your Clip Studio Account.
The license checking system might see your new Microsoft Account on your computer as a "new computer", but all you have to do is Activate your license and you're all set.
