Ive been having this issue for days and tried leaving it alone to see if it would fix itself but it hadnt. Im using the trial version but bought the Pro licence and want to log in to be able to apply it and download things. Ive put in my info right and all aswell

There is no explanation method unless you can log in from CLIP STUDIO.
