I tried to fix it in a similar direction without changing the picture as much as possible from lucky laughter
· Hairstyle
· Position face parts in the middle
· Put the black eyes highlight on top
· Eyebrows up

Although it can say anything, the drawing of each part is the last, and at first the overall balance takes precedence.
Since the silhouette of the hair is distinctive, emphasis on the outline, if placing face parts next then it might be easier to draw?

I'd recommend for you to take a look into the proportions of a head and how it works. Using such guidelines as in picture one for example can aslo help a lot while drawing humans and characters. :)

I did a quick overdraw with red lines on how I would do it but it's also a bit more in my style and not in the one from boku no hero academia. But stillhope it cen help a little.
