Clip Studio Paint Software Will Not Launch :(

I've deleted and reinstalled the application several times now. I've tried downloading an older version and then restarting my laptop and I also made sure to completely uninstall the program. Whenever I try to launch the software from within Clip Studio I get a pop-up saying "The software is starting. Please Wait", but nothing ever opens. I've tried opening the software from Program Files and running it as administrator but nothing is working.
Please help.
