I can't select a frame frame

I made a frame frame by dividing the frame on the iPad. Finally, I noticed that the border is transparent, and I'm trying to change the color of the border to black. However, even if I try to select a frame in "Object", the ruler is selected by all means. How can I select a frame frame and change it to the "Editing frame frame" state? If you know, please help me.

Select the layer of the frame folder with the object tool. First, hide the ruler. It is OK if the triangle ruler has a cross. Press and hold the triangle ruler to uncheck "Show ruler". If the color of the layer mask is also an obstacle, press and hold the layer mask and uncheck "Show mask range".
Keep the object tool and open the tool properties.
Check "Draw border". You can change the thickness of the border with the brush size.

thanks you. I also tried hiding and deleting the ruler (the deletion was undone), but this time I couldn't select anything, and I felt like I had nothing to "edit". As for the object, there are only two items, "manipulation of transparent part" and "manipulable object".
I have a layer where I'm pasting tones, but it's marked as an object. I would be grateful if you could let me know if you have any wisdom. Thank you. ..

What is not displayed in the tool properties is in the sub tool details
You can also display it in the tool properties by clicking the eyeball in the sub tool details.
    Either can be operated

Perform for the layer of the frame folder.
If that doesn't work, select the Object tool and post a screenshot that shows the tool properties, layer palette, campus and drawing color.

thanks you. Not found in subtools. It may be due to the settings.

Many times Thank you. Certainly it has been rasterized! !! !! Meaninglessly 😭
If I made it with the same procedure in the test, I could edit it with an object normally, so I wondered why ....., but I think that it is due to rasterization.
I'll be careful after that ..... It really helped me! !! !! Thank you very much for your kindness and kindness 🥲
In such a case, is there no choice but to make it with ruled lines?

    Recreate the frame folder
I think you should move the layer in the frame to the newly created frame folder
