My Brushes Disappeared

I opened my Clip Studio EX today, and all of my custom brushes that I had created and/or bought from the asset store were gone. My entire cloud is also empty, it's as if I had downloaded the application for the very first time. Everything is at factory settings. How can I recover all of my brushes? I just want the ones I paid for back.
