I purchased CLP EX and I work, after finished I can’t save so I decided to restart the program and my work was disappeared

At first I’ve purchase this Clipstudio EX as monthly then I just work when it’s loaded and nothing happen as usual but when I’ve finished my work I can’t save it, the purchase pop-up is appearing while it said that I’ve purchased it already, there’re no way I can save my work so I just close the program and open it once again then all of my work was just disappeared and there’s no recover picture so I don’t know how to bring my work back

    It's not a program issue, it's a payment issue, so ASK can't solve it here.

    I’ve contact them already and they’ve said that it can’t recover incase my work hasn’t back up before, どうもありがとうごさいます!
