Whenever I go to file, new. The program seems to soft lock, I have no access to anything, Can't open other documents, and I can't right click and close. (The screencap shows what's wrong. Despite it looking like it's not showing anything wrong.) I have to go to task manager and close it that way. It's never done this before. Any help? I use a Wacom DTU -1031X.
